Meet The Doctors
Dr. Marc Lashley
Dr. Lashley has been in pediatric practice since 1990. His undergraduate training was at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Lashley finished his medical training at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, and completed his residency in pediatrics at The Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Lashley is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics, and Nassau Academy of Medicine. He also serves the Department of Health on their Immunization Task Force as Chair of the Physician’s Education Committee, and is one of the Physician Advisors to the local chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Lashley also has been on the Executive Board of the Nassau Pediatric Society for several years as the Chairman of both the Membership and Immunization Committees and was President of the Nassau Pediatric Society in 2002. In 2007 Dr. Lashley was elected the Treasurer of the American Academy of Pediatrics NY Chapter 2, and in 2009, he was elected again as Secretary of the Chapter.
Dr. Lori Berman
Dr. Berman completed her undergraduate training at Emory University. She is a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine where she achieved honors. After completing her residency in pediatrics at Schneider’s Children Hospital at Long Island Jewish, she underwent 3 years of intensive training in Pediatric Gastroenterology at North Shore University Hospital. Dr. Berman is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She recently chaired the membership committee of the Nassau Pediatric Society.
